This Privacy Policy explains how CrizBrain Games (“we”, “us”) handles information when you play CrizBrain (the “Service”, available at https://crizbrain.com), and how advertising works. By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
CrizBrain is a free collection of casual browser games operated by CrizBrain Games, a sole proprietorship based in Hyderabad, India. For the purposes of data-protection law, we act as the data controller for the limited processing described here. Contact details are in section 15.
CrizBrain has no user accounts and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any sign-up details. The following is saved locally in your browser (using localStorage) and stays on your device:

We do not set our own first-party tracking or analytics cookies. Cookies and similar identifiers on the Service are placed by Google and its partners for advertising, as described in section 5. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this and other websites. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may make ads less relevant but will not stop them.
CrizBrain is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdSense, which may include display banner ads placed within the site.

Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we (and Google) rely on: your consent for personalised advertising and for the storage of/access to non-essential information on your device; and our (or Google’s) legitimate interests in showing non-personalised ads, measuring performance, and preventing fraud, balanced against your rights. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in section 6.
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Because we hold no account data ourselves, most requests concern advertising data held by Google and can be exercised through the links in section 6; you may also contact us (section 15) and we will assist or direct your request. You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
California residents may request to know, delete, or correct personal information and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. Choosing non-personalised ads (section 6) opts you out of such sharing for advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Google may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Such transfers are governed by Google’s safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses / approved transfer mechanisms) under its own privacy framework.
CrizBrain is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age required for consent in your country (e.g. under 13 in the US under COPPA, or the applicable age under GDPR-K). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where required, ad requests are configured for child-privacy compliance (e.g. tagging for treatment as child-directed, which restricts personalised ads). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Locally stored game data remains on your device until you clear it. Advertising data collected by Google is retained according to Google’s own retention policies.
The Service is served over HTTPS. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited data involved.
Ads or pages may link to third-party websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; please review them.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
